Clinical Care · Palliative Care
You have support. Your comfort & quality of life matter.
Palliative care is support for people living with serious or chronic illness. It focuses on comfort, symptom support, clear information, & the goals that matter to you & your family.

What it is
Palliative care is not the same as choosing to stop treatment
Palliative care can be provided alongside ongoing medical treatment. It does not mean a person is dying, & it is not a decision to give up. It is an added layer of support focused on living as well as possible.
Many people are living with conditions that create fatigue, discomfort, uncertainty, & difficult conversations. Palliative support exists so that those realities are addressed directly rather than left to families to manage alone.
Areas of focus
- Serious or chronic illness
- Comfort & symptom support
- Quality of life & daily function
- Remaining at home when appropriate
- Care coordination & communication
- Understanding options & choices
- Family & caregiver support
