Wellness programs your employees will actually use
Programs designed & delivered by professionals with a movement & rehabilitation background — practical, specific, & built for your workforce rather than a generic wellness catalog.

Overview
What corporate wellness at Link actually looks like
Corporate wellness at Link is on-site (or virtual) programming delivered by the same clinicians and coaches who work with individual clients in their homes. That background matters: sessions are written for mixed ability levels, account for existing aches and prior injuries, and scale up or down without singling anyone out. Employees who have never exercised in a group setting and employees who train regularly can both participate in the same session.
Most organizations we work with fall into one of three groups — offices and hybrid teams looking for movement breaks and desk-related discomfort support, senior living and residential communities that need recurring group classes, and operations-heavy employers whose staff spend the day lifting, standing, or driving. The right program looks different for each, which is why we scope engagements after a short discovery conversation rather than selling a fixed package.
Programs are typically scheduled as a recurring on-site block (weekly or biweekly), a workshop series, or a defined pilot tied to a specific need such as an ergonomics push or a wellness challenge. Employers cover the cost; there is no insurance billing involved, and these sessions are general wellness and fitness services rather than medical treatment. Delivery is available across Link's Northern & Central New Jersey service area, and virtual sessions extend to distributed teams.
