Questions

Before you build your group

Do we all need to be at the same fitness level?

Usually not. In partner and semi-private training, exercises, resistance, and intensity can be modified so participants train appropriately within the same session. Larger group formats follow a shared structure with movements adapted where appropriate.

Do we need our own equipment?

It depends on the location and program format. Tell us where you'd like to train and what you already have, and we'll confirm what's needed before your first session.

Where can group training take place?

Homes, building and community fitness rooms, clubhouses, workplaces, senior-living communities, and other suitable indoor or outdoor spaces across our New Jersey service area.

Can my spouse and I train together even if we have different goals?

Yes. Partner training is built for exactly that — a shared session with individual modifications so each person is working toward their own goal.

Can we create our own group?

Absolutely. Friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers form most of our groups. You bring the people; we bring the professional and the plan.

Do you offer recurring sessions?

Recurring arrangements can be developed based on your group's needs, preferred schedule, and trainer availability.

How do corporate or community programs work?

They start with a short consultation. We learn about your participants, space, and goals, then send a custom proposal for format, cadence, and pricing.
