Shouldn’t Be Disconnected.
Link Rehab & Performance was founded by James Dahdouh, OTR/L, NASM-CPT, to create something he repeatedly saw missing: a clear, personalized path from clinical care to long-term health, strength, and performance.
Because getting better shouldn’t be where your journey ends.

Why Link exists
The Gaps People Too Often Fall Through
Working across rehabilitation and fitness gave James a firsthand view of a problem that happens far too often: people receive help for one stage of their journey, but no one helps connect them to what comes next.
Care Can Become Too Generic.
Rushed visits, inconsistent clinicians, generic exercise programs, and limited communication can make people feel like they're being treated as a diagnosis instead of an individual.
Link believes
Care should begin by understanding the person, their environment, and the goals that actually matter to them.
Rehabilitation Eventually Ends. Goals Don't.
A patient may complete formal rehabilitation and still want to become stronger, improve endurance, lose weight, return to recreation, or simply feel more confident moving again.
Link believes
There should be a meaningful next step when clinical rehabilitation ends.
Traditional Fitness Doesn't Work for Everyone.
Not everyone wants to commute to a crowded gym, figure out workouts alone, or trust their goals to a one-size-fits-all fitness program.
Link believes
Professional fitness should be personalized, accountable, and accessible where people are most comfortable.
Understand the person first. Then build the plan.
A different perspective
Clinical Knowledge Meets a Performance Mindset.
James's background spans occupational therapy and personal training—two disciplines that approach movement from different directions but share the same ultimate purpose: helping people function, move, and live better.

Meet the Founder
A career spent on both sides of the health & fitness continuum.
James Dahdouh, OTR/L, NASM-CPT founded Link Rehab & Performance around a simple belief: getting better shouldn’t be where the journey ends.
As an occupational therapist and certified personal trainer, James has experienced both sides of the health and fitness continuum. He saw patients make meaningful progress in rehabilitation, only to reach the end of formal care while still having bigger goals ahead. He also saw people who wanted to become stronger and healthier but didn’t feel comfortable, confident, or well supported in traditional fitness environments.
Link was created to connect those worlds—to give people individualized professional support whether they’re recovering, rebuilding independence, improving their health, or pursuing greater strength and performance.
For James, progress isn’t defined only by completing visits or checking boxes. It’s about helping people move closer to something that matters to them.
